I shouldn’t have to be the one to tell some of you that you can like a piece of media and still be fucking critical of it but apparently some of yall aint know the difference and need someone to hold your hand and say “you can like this thing even though it has bad elements”
do it yourself. something doesn’t have to be perfect for you to appreciate it, fucking nothing is perfect. if it exists theres a problem. that doesn’t necessarily destroy the piece of media but when you see trends it’s important to be aware of what they’re implying.
